It's not that simple to calculate at the end of each month how much each room mate has to pay back each of the others.
This application makes it easy to track your monthly/yearly apartment joint expenses.

NOTE - V1.0 and up includes a change in the database files, therefore if you'll open database file made by X-Pense V0.5 and down you won't have the date field for your purchases.
Currently there is an experemental database files translation engine that will be activated automaticly when date field is missing letting the user input a general date for the purchases.

V1.0 (12.04.07) - Updates:
Lots of changes in this first official X-Penses V1.0 release such as...
- Each purchase now has a date, that means you can show graphs and information by a certain date.
- A very cool new Dates picker (Design by Axi from USHASOFT).
- File saveing/opening methods have changed, now all puchases and persons will be saved to a single file.
- Old X-Penses V0.5 and before database files support added, the application will use a defualt date for puchases with no date record.
- User can now change the Date picker's colors and period.
- Some language bugs fixed.
- Sticks graphs are now snapped the graphs grid.
- Graphs will now draw persons' icons (if unavailable the person name) next to thier graphs.
- Persons icons selector added, a much easier way to manage you persons' icons collection.
- Debts and Selective payments lists restyled and redesigned and now includes much more information.
- When adding more persons than the main panel can contain you'll now be able to scroll the persons' panel to the left and right.
- Persons panel now has a background image options, to change the background image just double click the persons' panel background (to clear the background image use the persons' panel's right click menu->Clear background image).

- Persons width can now be changed using the new splitter each person has to the left of his puchases list.
By double clicking the splitter you can hide selected person's info leaving only his name and icon.

V0.4 (01.02.07) - Updates:
- Language dictionaries support added. Starting V0.4 the user can change X-Penses interface language with Language Dictionaries files (*.dic).
Available Dictionaries: English and Hebrew.

- Persons details now applies to all files in the data files list.
- Graphs settings can now be invisible, that makes the graphs board much bigger.

Selective purchases have many features, such as:
+ A purchases that only certain people has to payback for them.
+ Changing the selective purchases color (File->Preferences or Ctrl+P)
+ Calculates the selective purchases paybacks
+ Will not count to the person's total payments
- Information panel check box for visible property (saved in configuration)
- Right to left support - Support for right-to-left languages (File->Preferences or Ctrl+P)
- Debts are now in a scrolling text box instead of a simple label
- General payments graph added to the graph window!
- Each person now also has monthly notes, a place to write any notes for a certain person
- Right margin control added to the graphs window

V0.2 (14.01.07) - Updates:
A week has passed and it's time for some updates.
- Refresh Information option added to the main menu.
- Preferences added to the application (File->Preferences or Ctrl+P).
- Log messages engine added, log can be exported to a text file (Configured via preferences).
- Data files list added, an easy way to manage your different data files (Recommended: Save a different data file for each month).
- New list bug fixed, now it also reset the purchases totals list.
- Personal purchases added. Personal purchase’s value will only be added to the person's total and not to the global calculations.
- User can also change the personal purchases background color in the Preferences window (File->Preferences or Ctrl+P).
- Remove a purchase will now also update the Total Purchases list.
- Monthly Calculations added (Right click on the selected purchases from the Total Purchases list and select 'Show Monthly Calculations)!
Monthly Calculations Includes:
A) Colorful graphs of your monthly expenses.
B) Configurable colors and graph at real-time.
C) Other useful information regarding monthly calculations.
D) Exporting graphs to image files (PNG format).
E) General payments graph.
f) Colorful title for the report.
V0.1 (07.01.07) - Updates:
- Unlimited number of people accounts.
- Modified icon for each account.
- General debts - Gives the exact amount of money each person owes to the other if at all. This information gets updated for each change that has been done.
- Top spenders - The hall of fame for expenses, on the top, the person that spends the most
- Export/Import data files (*.xpf [X-Penses data file] file types supported only).
- Purchases name dictionary - Each purchase title is saved in the application data (Registry), the next time you'll type the same purchase it will auto-complete itself.
